Program Structure
- Welder, Helper (250 Hours)
- Welder, Shielded Metal Arc (250 Hours)
- Welder, Gas – Meta; Arc (125 Hours)
- Welder,
Flu Cored Arc (100 Hours) - Welder, Gas – Tungsten Arc (175 Hours)
- Welder, Pipe (270 Hours)
1,170 Hours (Approx. 11/2 years) is required to complete this program. The length of time is also dependent upon enrollment (full-time/part-time) and the completion of the required competencies.
Requirements
Test Adult Basic Education (T.A.B.E.) scores required for the course:
- Mathematics= 9
- Language= 9
- Reading= 9
